Free Entertainment

For a family on a budget, sometimes it's hard to find fun things to do for the kids at low cost. Last week, Jeff needed to go to the Apple store, so we were at the Gateway. I didn't plan on letting the kid run through those water fountains, but we just couldn't keep them away. It amazed me how much fun they had and it didn't cost me a dime.

After the little clip, Brianne did get into it. They both ended up soaking wet.

Summer is finally here!

It has been rainy, cold and cloudy in Utah for the couple months, finally the sun is out and the kids was so excited to enjoy the nice weather with Daddy. Jeff took the kids fishing in Farmington pond last Saturday. Even no fish was caught, the kids had a lot of fun.

When Jathan and Brianne found out they were going fishing with Daddy, they went out to papa's backyard to hunt for worms. Brianne especially love all the bugs, it is her daily activity to find slug in the backyard, but she is not too fond of potato bug. (Just like her mommy.) 

Isn't getting dirty the best of summer fun? We are looking forward to more fishing, camping and swimming.
